- Site evaluation and selection including management and review of relevant technical studies
- Identified and obtained necessary permits and consents
- Development, management, coordination and delivery of preliminary technical designs
- Execution of RFQ, RFP and formulation of detailed cost budget
- Preparation of Bankable Project Financial Model and associated economic forecasts
- Preparation of bankable feasibility study and approval for construction
- Construction to commence Q4 2023
