Behind the meter, third-party funded Solar PV project

Achievements

·       Led development and delivery support for three groundbreaking 10 MW behind-the-meter solar PV Plants in the Free State structured on a project finance basis.

·       Advised the client on the appointment of an IPP for the plants construction and long-term operations.

·       Supported capital raising initiatives across debt and equity structures to allow for the successful construction of the Plants.

·       Developed bankable energy yield modelling assessments and financial models

·       Oversaw all permitting and regulatory approvals.
